    The system defines two key roles — Super Admin and Sales Executive.

    • The Super Admin is responsible for creating and managing user accounts, assigning roles, and maintaining complete oversight of the system. This role ensures data integrity, system security, and overall performance monitoring.

    • The Sales Executive manages operational data, including organization details, contact numbers, and customer leads, while also handling internal and external job postings on the portal.

    By providing centralized access, controlled user permissions, and a user-friendly interface, the CRM application ensures transparency, smooth collaboration, and efficient data flow across all levels. The ultimate goal is to build a customer-centric digital platform that supports effective communication, enhances productivity, and strengthens business relationships through organized and traceable customer management processes.

Simple Workflow

  1. User Creation: The Super Admin creates user accounts and assigns roles to Sales Executives.

  2. Data Management: The Sales Executive adds and updates organization details, contacts, and leads.

  3. Job Posting: The Sales Executive manages internal and external job postings on the CRM portal.

  4. System Oversight: The Super Admin monitors all data and ensures everything runs smoothly.

  5. Data Access: All information is securely stored and easily accessible based on user roles.

  1. Role-Based Control: The Super Admin defines access levels to ensure secure and organized data handling.

  2. Data Synchronization: Updates made by Sales Executives are automatically reflected across modules for real-time accuracy.
