The Derived and Branched Document Live Report in Polarion ALM is a customized reporting solution developed using the Velocity scripting engine to provide real-time insights into document relationships within projects.

When a user runs the report through the Polarion interface, the Velocity script executes and interacts with internal Polarion services such as ProjectService, TrackerService, and the Transaction API.
