  • Purpose: The Project SDLC Customization provides a centralized overview of all documentation and electronic signature (eSignature) statuses across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). It helps project teams monitor the progress of document approvals, publication status, and compliance readiness within a project. The Customization is particularly useful during audits, design reviews, and validation stages to ensure traceability and document control.

  • Provide a consolidated view of document eSignature and version status.

  • Enhance traceability between SDLC artifacts (requirements, validation plans, summaries, etc.).

  • Support compliance and regulatory readiness through documentation tracking.

  • Reduce manual analysis effort by automating change visualization.

  • Enable management and QA teams to track publication and approval cycles efficiently.

Functinal Flow

  • The user navigates to the Customization → SDLC Customization section.

  • The user selects filter criteria (e.g., Document Type, Signature Visibility, Sorting Preferences).

  • The Customization queries Polarion’s live data for documents within the defined criteria.

  • The system compiles document metadata (Title, Type, Status, Updated Date, etc.).
